The WISCONSIN DIALYSIS SYMPOSIUM is an annual, day-long continuing education program coordinated by the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin and other healthcare professionals organizations.  Continuing education credits are available for social workers, registered nurses and dietitians.Full time students engaged in healthcare training programs are also encouraged to attend.

This year's schedule includes separate sessions on Ethics and Boundaries.  Attendees can earn up to 7.75 CEU's.

The National Kidney Foundation Council of Nephrology Social Workers, Provider #1014, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org, through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. The National Kidney Foundation Council of Nephrology Social Workers maintains responsibility for the program. Licensed social workers should contact their individual jurisdiction to review current continuing education requirements for licensure renewal.
